Service Description
Welcome to the Syracuse Ninja Barracks Lion Pride program for kids ages 6-9, where young ninjas train, play, and grow! This class is designed to develop essential physical skills like balance, strength, and coordination while fostering confidence, resilience, and teamwork in a fun environment. Our Lion Pride coaches encourage kids to embody the strength and bravery of a lion, inspiring them to overcome obstacles, build friendships, and unleash their potential.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Terms Classes and open gym sessions can be booked up to one month in advance through our online portal. Members are responsible for booking their sessions in advance to secure availability. Each membership tier includes a set number of classes and open gym sessions per month; additional sessions beyond this can be purchased at the single-session rate. 2. Cancellation Policy Class Cancellation: To allow other members the opportunity to participate, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled class will result in a $15 late cancellation fee. Missed classes without cancellation will count toward your monthly total of sessions. Open Gym Cancellation: Open gym bookings can also be canceled up to 24 hours before the session without penalty. Late cancellations may impact future booking privileges if repeated. 3. Waitlist Policy When classes reach maximum capacity, members may join a waitlist. Members on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class if a spot becomes available, and they will receive an email or text notification of their updated booking status. If you are added from the waitlist within 24 hours of the class time, please confirm attendance or cancel promptly. Failure to attend after being added from the waitlist will be treated as a missed class. 4. Membership Commitment and Renewals All memberships are contracted for a minimum of three (3) months and automatically renew unless canceled with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Renewals are processed on the 15th day of the renewal month. 5. Payment and Fees Payments are due at the beginning of each renewal period. Late payments may result in a suspension of membership privileges. Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. Syracuse Ninja Barracks reserves the right to modify membership pricing and fees. Members will be notified of any changes in advance of the next billing cycle. 6. Facility Guidelines and Conduct To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, members are expected to follow all facility guidelines, including respecting class schedules and other members’ reserved spots. Persistent cancellation issues or no-shows may result in adjusted booking privileges. 7. Modifications to Terms Syracuse Ninja Barracks may modify these terms. Continued membership use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
